The stock indices should make a higher high, or a series of higher highs that continue to diverge against yesterday’s momentum peak in breadth prior to any significant retracement. The 3-day and 10-day MAs of Advancing Issues are warning of an eventual retracement of at least the garden variety 3-4% following the completing of this particular rally phase.
